Commissioner Roberts brings a wealth of frontline experience in championing the welfare of children. A University of the Free State law graduate (B.Iuris, LLB) and admitted attorney, she served for 14 years as the Acting Magistrate at the Kuilsrivier / Blue Downs Children’s Court before her appointment as Children’s Commissioner in October 2025. Her commitment to children’s rights and child protection makes her address a pivotal moment in this year’s AGM, reinforcing our shared resolve to champion safer, healthier futures for all children.
